Kimberly Isum is an Austin based classical guitarist and composer. She has performed throughout the northeast, including solo performances at Baldwin Wallace Conservatory and Oberlin Conservatory.

As a composer, she has written works for various ensemble settings. Her solo works for guitar "Provision" and "Morning Rise" have been featured in Soundboard Magazine and are published by Clear Note Publications.

Solo recording Provision consists of lyrical 20th century music with works by guitarist/composer’s Roland Dyens, Carlo Domeniconi, Dusan Bogdanovic, Andrew York, and features original compositions “Provision” and “Morning Rise”. These compositions are published by Clear Note Publications. Both pieces are lyrical in nature with a hybrid of pop/Latin rhythms and filled with Jazz harmonies. Provision is featured as the 2006 Contemporary Series piece in Vol. XXII. No. 1&2, 2006 of Soundboard Magazine
